First of all, thanks very much to visitors are have time to see, read, and understand those writings and articles are posted on this my blog. What I wrote here is based on a knowledge and experience I had since I studied in Faculty of Law of Gajah Mada University, a bachelor degree (2002 – 2006) as well as Master Degree (2006 – 2008), and practice started I apprenticed at Sholeh Adnan & Associates Law Office (2006 – 2007), being a Lawyer at John Pieter Nazar & Partners Law Firm (2007 – 2008) and being a Lawyer at Santosa & Partners Law Firm (2008 – Present). So, this article is combination between theory and practice.
